Welcome to STELLA/STAR
Focus Group II: ICT*, Innovation and the Transportation System
STELLA is a Thematic Network within the Growth Programme of the
European Union's 5th Framework Programme of Research & Development.
The STELLA Scientific Coordinator is Peter Nijkamp from the Free University
of Amsterdam. STELLA brings together networks of researchers in both
Europe and North America in a quest for common research issues. The
North American participants are drawn from the STAR Network (Sustainable
Transportation Analysis and Research) coordinated by William Black of Indiana
University, Bloomington. STAR is supported by the National Science
Foundation.
