About coeff.log
Coeff.log contains the coefficient values applied to a simulation during it's execution. In calibrate and test mode these values will be written for every year corresponding to an urban input image date (except for the initializing date, in which case the coefficient values are set in the scenario file and are written to control_stats.log).

Contents of coeff.log

run: a run consists of a single set of coefficient values and is executed MONTE_CARLO_ITERATIONS number of times from start to stop year

MC: monte carlo iteration number (corresponds to index in avg.log and std_dev.log)

Year: the representative date for a growth cycle

Diffusion: dispersion_coefficient value

Breed: breed_coefficient value

Spread: spread_coefficient value

SlopeResist: slope_coefficient value

RoadGrav: road_gravity_coefficient value
