The Foundation concentrates its resources on grants to institutions of
higher education and to educational programs of major cultural
institutions. Within higher education, priority is given to projects
dealing with undergraduate or graduate business education. The Foundation
encourages brief letters of initial inquiry prior to submission of formal
proposals. The current procedure is to accept proposals for project
grants up to November 1, with notification of decisions in late February
or early March of the following calendar year. The Foundation, in rare
cases only, will consider proposals outside this time frame. The
Foundation does not make grants for capital purposes or grants directly
to individuals.
