As with the previous three workshops in this series the aim was to present GIS projects sponsored by DG III and other DGs of the European Commission, to establish and maintain contacts, and to enable consultation and exchange of ideas between the developers and participants. Ian Heywood presented an update on our workshop and plans for the future.
