Attendance and Participant Information:
Who Should Attend: This conference will be of interest to anyone
who will be developing or using databases for ITS. It will be
particularly useful for public and private sector personnel who expect to
be developing inter-regional ITS databases that may have to conform to
national standards for road location referencing.
Participant Information: Application for participation must be
recieved at the NCGIA by the end of business on November 4, 1996. The
application for registration should include a short professional
biography as well as a brief statement of interest in the conference.
Participants will be selected on November 5, and notification of
acceptance will be mailed by November 7. A workshop fee of $75.00 will
be required from accepted participants by November 21 to guarantee a
space at the workshop. The fee includes continental breakfast, lunch,
and mid-morning and afternoon snacks on the days of the workshop.
Accepted participants are responsible for making their own hotel
reservations.
